President Bush reacts in surprise at the presentation of Karl Rove’s head on a Platter

Denmark (Rotters)  George Bush celebrated his fifty-ninth birthday today in the royal quarters of Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. He was presented with a special birthday cake at lunchtime from the queen herself. Bush was noticeably shaken as she presented what appeared to be the head of his special advisor Karl Rove on a platter. The realistic rendition was actually crafted of an edible gelatin meticulously dyed and painted by her chefs to be an exact replica of Mr. Rove’s head. While not a desert eater, Bush was noted to return for seconds.
