The real question would be how can they not be? Just like Jeb, the role model of 2000, Taft spearheaded the efforts along with Blackwell to deny victory to Kerry in Ohio.The massive disenfranchisement of minority voters,the intentional delays in heavily Democratic precincts,the barriers erected for black voters in exercising their rights and, finally, the possible manipulation of vote counts made it possible for Bush to “win”.Isn’t it time to appoint a special prosecutor to examine Taft’s role in all this and expose the corruption and fraud that permeates of our system from top to bottom?
Where are our Democratic leaders? Would “Silence of the Lambs” be a correct way to describe their attitudes and behavior?
