   And I suppose Watergate was just a third-rate burglary?

   Sorry. I’ll keep writing about this story because it’s important. Those not interested in reading about it have other choices.

     I was referring to the tremendous amount of hot air that is arising over the speculation as to the fate of various players. My point is the deal is done.

     Scooter goes down for lying to defend against any further investigation’s success. Fitz himself said it worked. Now Scooter has some time to do between now and ’08  when he is pardoned.

     If you want to write about what is important on this issue, please go ahead. There are just tons and tons of people who are spinning their wheels on impossible futures and pipe dreams. Just thought I’d ask them to consider other parts of the story..

       I don’t think the deal is done yet. There’s still the ongoing investigation into Rove’s activities.

       However, I might not have reacted to your diary the way I did had you been more explicit with your reasons.

     Watergate was not third rate, but any reporting at the time regarding who was cuter Archibald Cox or Warren Beatty was.

   PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE  Stop telling me and others how they should spend their time.  You might consider not reading things that seem to upset you.

   What anyone chooses to read, write or ponder on this or any website is totally none of your business

   If you don’t care for what is being said, don’t read it.  Really it is pretty simple.

     None of my business? This is a public space.

     You should:

     1. Take your own advice
     2. Try to make sense in light of the linear nature of time (how does one know the content of something before one reads it). I honestly wish I could have predicted the content of your column and not read it, but here we are.
     3. Try to understand that criticism can be a form of love, the same lesson Bush never understood in the run up to war..
     4. Get with the idea that freedom of press/speach goes for everyone. If you think I was censoring anyone, I’ll be the first to say I have no such power.
