   60 Minutes just started. They’re going to focus on the consequences of outing a CIA agent – looks like they’ll be interviewing friends of the Wilsons.

   On another note – The West Wing looks interesting tonite. Focused on abortion politics – and it looks like a pro-life ad against Santos backfires on Vineck (since Vineck is also pro-choice)

     Watching at 7pm PT … can’t wait!

     I watched the Dateline show at 4pm PT because I still have the NYC NBC station feed on DISH.

     But, I called DISH the other night to check on other east coast feeds, and the customer service guy told me that I couldn’t get them and that my East Coast NBC feed will be going away.  Why?  It’s a new FCC rule.  Godammit.. if I want to subscribe to two NBC stations in two different markets, it’s my right, imho.

   Both shows did a good job of geting down to what this whole mess has been about: the political attack of Joe Wilson and his wife and the serious ramifications affecting her and national security.

   Simple and to the point.

     Yes, 60 Minutes was good.  The interview with the other female former spy was very compelling.  Her comments fuel my hate for what those bastards did to our national security.  And to think that polls during the election said that W’s strongest card was national security!  We’ve been bamboozled.  W’s strongest cards are cronyism and petulance, and he ignores the advice of his experts in matters of national security.

   but his current big headline is that Fitzgerald wants to call Cheney to testify in Libby’s trial. Not surprising really, but of course if this is true, Cheney will do everything possible to avoid testifying.

   I watched 60 Minutes and it was a breath of fresh air after all the bloviating on this morning’s shows. But Dateline was pre-empted here for – you’ll never believe this – a Franklin Graham (Billy’s son) sermon in Australia!!! Do you suppose its a conspiracy?

         The problem seems to be more that they are hiding the truth. They don’t want to look for it EXCEPT to change it to suit the needs of their sweet hearts in the White House.

         It is just a little bit too convenient for information that could be a real nail in the coffin of a cheney trial to simply vanish from the “new” version of the article.

         “Whoops! Our conspiracy to commit treason is a matter of public record now! We better get our GOP press corps to fix that… They can rewrite history, can’t they?”

         Too late suckas! We know it is out there! lol

   The 60 min. show was excellent and good to see for a change and that was regular tv so lots of folks could see it.
