I want to thank everyone for the groundswell of support arising from the recent public revelations about my family. Your thoughts, prayers and concerns are truly heard and appreciated.
While we are extremely grateful that your feelings have often taken the form of financial support, I truly believe that our collective feelings and focus are, and should be, on the illness we all hope will someday be cured for everyone.
My wife and I had an amazing experience with the dedicated doctors, nurses and staff at Children’s Hospital in Washington D.C. We would be very appreciative if you would consider sending future contributions of this nature to any of the excellent hospitals and treatment centers that are on the frontline in the fight to eradicate pediatric cancer and brain tumors for everyone.
Thank you again for your generous and compassionate words and support.
Warmly,
Joe Sestak

Hi Joe-
I’ll remember to plug cancer research donations in the future. I am happy to see you have had a lot of success with your recent campaign fundraising.
Most of all, I’m happy for you, your daughter Alexandra, and your family.
I hope you have a successful campaign and continued good news on the health front.
Boo
that Curt Weldon took 2nd place in Keith Olbermann’s “Worst Person in the World” on last night’s Countdown — he probably would’ve gotten first place, but for the inevitable Bill O’Reilly sighting… 😉
Blessings and peace to you and your family — I will hold Alex in my prayers…
What goes around comes around. Best wishes to you, your family and your future constituents.
It was a pleasure to hear you speak at Philly for Change last week and I’m glad you’re posting here. You’ve earned yourself a bunch of new fans!
