If you are anything like me, your highly intoxicated neighbors are holding some sort of a marathon dance competition featuring bubblegum music, wooden clogs and heavy machinery on the floor just above your own, making the prospect of sleep a dim one at best. Whatever, I don’t live in the big city for the serenity. In the tradition that somehow got me a gig on the front page here, I offer you an amendment and a panda.
