but ours, alas, are on their way out at this point. At least I got a few good pics of them in their prime this year.
Maybe I’ll get more motivated after work today to get some more pics done… our CA poppies are really coming into their own right now, and the blue butterfly delphiniums will be going any time now. Some of the other delphs are blooming and I have to get pics of those…. so little time, so much to do… where’s RF when you need him?

Home from the folks — spouse got a crisp new $50 bill in honor of his upcoming 50th birthday. 🙂
Stopped by Tower Records, picked up a few CDs to rip to the iPod — some Jethro Tull, an Emerson Lake and Palmer double CD set, and a couple of Pink Floyds, including Dark Side of the Moon which I’m going to load on joining all the tracks together; that’s one album that really doesn’t work on “shuffle”.
Tomorrow — finish laundry and start packing.
