This is an Unhosted Cafe.
Self-serve food and drinks.
The management wants you to know that lewd, rude, and crude behavior is fervently desired.

Please recommend (and unrecommend the Cafe/Lounge from earlier)

May the 4’s be with you
suspended for moving from one cafe to another.
I just opened my suitcase and am pleased to announce that the TSA didn’t steal the 2 bottles of wine I brought back in it. (And they didn’t break. This whole “no liquids” on a plane business is a pain.)
It’s good to see ya … đ
I thought about you in Italy because I met a group of 18 people from Ottawa. They were very nice. Especially since we crashed their wine tasting appointment at a nearby vinyard/wine cellar.
Lets see. You thought about Olivia while there and you thought about SN and Andi by sending cards.
Did you see any outhouses over there so you at least thought about me? đ
I thought about all of you đ I sent you a message from an internet cafe — but I didn’t have time to stick around for responses.
And only SN got a card because she’s the only person who trusted me with HER REAL NAME AND ADDRESS. Of course, in the future you could get one too …
Next trip you take, you’ll have mine. I love getting post cards.
I was surprised you got a chance to send that message. I was just ahppy to hear you were having a good time.
One of the people I was with needed to check e-mail and had a couple of extra minutes left so I used it. But the keyboard was strange — nothing (except the letters) were in the same place as they are here. I couldn’t even figure out how to capitalize things.
I guess I’m still in the stone age. I know you can converse with people all over the world on the net, but for some reason, I was surprised when you left your message. I was thinking, gosh all the way from Italy. đ
It’s pretty amazing. It’s the same as here, you just put in the URL, hit enter and up pops BooManTribune.
And selling internet time is a nice little business. From what I can tell you just buy about 10 computers, get a connection and start charging people to use them.
This is a small college town and I’ve wondered why no one has thought of that here before. Then again, we don’t even have a coffee shop.
Ask Family Mom if you can set it up in the dining room đ You can sell ice cream too.
I think she would buy the ice cream idea, but not the computers. đ
Yeah, but ever since I gave you that info I’ve been getting prank phone calls with heavy breathing.
I think it’s more likely because you also posted it in the men’s room at the local bar … đ
Perhaps. :0)
Hey FM, I saw a coffee table book on outhouses at Barnes and Noble last night and thought of you. Seriously, it was something like The Outhouse Revisited. Come to think of it, that reminds me alot of Mr. Nature.
Well I guess if you have to be remember for something…. đ
I’ll add my voice to the choir requesting pix once you get them sent … đ
all those animated thingies?
google … it’s like the key to a vast chest of fun and amazing things … and yeah, some unbelievably disgusting things too but I just overlook those … đ
I’ve been occupied with the digusting stuff and haven’t gotten around to the fun and amazing things yet.
I think it’s the digusting stuff that make the internet so popular. Not that I’ve ever looked at any of it though. đ
Not buying the I never looked thing huh. đ
đ
yes go to google seach type asshole and hit I feel lucky
Is the wine from a local winery?
The Todini cellars — which was near where we were staying. I bought it on the tour we crashed (see above). They only import into New York right now — and not much. I wanted to bring back rosso but I didn’t trust the whole suitcase thing so I brought back bianco.
I was thinking that a local wine bottle would make a very nice souvenir once the local wine had been removed from it. (Although saying that has given me a flashback of my dorm room and chianti bottles with candles in them.)
My dorm room, my first few apartments. LOL
Did the 4 oz. of lube get all over your belongings?
plastic airtight bags … đ
It wasn’t allowed in London though –they were confiscating a lot of the stuff you can bring onto American flights. You can bring lipstick (but not gloss) onto American flights — but not through Heathrow.
Welcome HOME!!!!!!!!
Thanks r69!
You are most welcome!!! and I will trust you with my address and phone #. Didin’t know you had asked for them. LOL Guess that is what I get for being so busy.
you didn’t miss it — SN volunteered hers. Thank goodness, because I had completely forgotten to put together a list of addresses for post cards, up to that point.
LOL Now I feel better. I know I have missed a lot of cafes lately but think I would have remembered that one. LOL I’m not sure if it is because I am so busy or I am getting closer to geezerdom.
oh, busy — I’m sure đ
Only Andi and FM get to be geezers đ
Yeah but I think I am getting there pretty dang fast. LOL
Glad you had a great time, Mary.
Night Andi.
I gotta go. FMom is calling and I’ve got to get her ready for bed.
It’s nice to see you back Mary and try and slack as much as you can tomorrow.
Night all.
Nice touch, FM, about FMom calling. I’ll see you up there. đ
Night everyone.
night you two …

Hey Frog Ponders! I hope your weekend went well.
Howdy Psi!!!!!
Hey! How are you doing?
Doing good. Did two podcast and one great design this weekend. The other designs I am not satisfied with so will re-work them later. Tomorrow I will be at Ann Richards’ memorial service.
Sounds good. Ann Richards was a great woman. A damn shame she didn’t cut Dubya’s political career short in ’94.
She would not stoop to his and Rove’s tactics but went on to help others fight even harder in future elections here in Texas.
I didn’t realize Ann Richards died. I haven’t read a newspaper in a week.
When?
She died Wenesday. Texas and America has been grieving every since. I did a podcast about her earlier this week and there are many blog entries. She was one of my heroes.
Here is the link to Pres. Clinton speaking at a private cermony before the viewing started at the capital.

Thanks for the link.
I’m going to listen to it tomorrow when I’m more awake.
See ya …
Hi Psi đ
MARYYYYYYYYYY! You’re back! đ
yep, I’m back. đ
But very tired. I don’t think I’m going to be able to stay awake much longer tonight đ
Are you settled into classes?
Sort of settled…it’s already beginning to get very busy…and most of my classes haven’t even ramped up yet.
Since it’s my job to corrupt you, remember … save time for some fun đ
But you’re off the hook for the rest of the night. I can’t keep my eyes open any more. See ya!
what? No picture diary? How was Italia?
