but I think these outfits make us look a bit (heh heh) light in the loafers, if you catch my drift…”
Watch this. I’m gonna goose her.
Look at the two weirdos. Let’s get ’em!
“I can’t believe we won the contest. We’re going to be on Star Trek!“
Omir, I wish I could remove my lame comment and steal yours.
Well, it looked like cheesy costumes and a bland generic blue background . . . that was the first thing that came to mind. Shows where I spent most of my misspent youth. 🙂
I’ve seen my share of Star Treks, but I drew the line at the movies. It’s no big loss, but I do have trouble following some of BooMan and Chris Bower’s dilithium crystal powered allusions.
used to have a “Star Trek The Adventure” performance — I’ve still got the VHS tape from when I got picked as one of the participants WAAAAAY too many years ago (don’t remember what year it was — I’ll have to dig it out and see if I can get it transferred to DVD…it was soooo cheesy…).
And I’m definitely planning on checking out “Star Trek: The Experience” when I make my Las Vegas trip in a couple of weeks…I need a vacation from the spouse…
Star Trek II, III and IV were pretty good, actually. The rest, you really haven’t missed a lot.
My funniest memory of Star Trek II was of some reviewer complaining about how Ricardo Montalban was so horribly miscast as Khan. Um, dood, it’s not like he’s ever played the part before or anything . . .
Tell me the name of that reporter; Condi needs a girlfriend.

“Yellow! How come I had to wear the yellow one?”
They told me I could wear the hat and stand in front.
