So far this NFC Championship Game is boring as hell. Neither team has any business playing in the Super Bowl. But at least it is being played outdoors, which is more than can be said about the AFC Championship Game. It looks like Da Bears are going to win this game and then get absolutely killed in the Super Bowl.

Ahem :o)
Didn’t want to say anything when you posted but I would never count out Nola. Especially against a team that’s as overrated as Chicago. Either way, it isn’t boring anymore.
I dunno. This is pretty boring.
Well,
it’s back to boring now. But it wasn’t bad when the Saints came back in the first half. I’m not even watching it really. It’s all kinda uninteresting to me after my team goes out.
How does a team with no QB score 39 points?
Four turnovers by the other team and a decent defense?
and I don’t care what anyone says, dome teams can’t hack the weather. Brees is an excellent QB and he was just off all day. I think the Saints defense started giving up late in the game too, partly because the conditions were sucking the life outta them.
This next game should, or could be a barnburner.
The Pats are outthinking the Colts again. Happens every time.
The Colts have no run defense and it finally caught up with them at the end of the season and it’s hurting them now. NE has good pass defense too, so Manning is frustrated. The Colts have bad mojo too when it comes to NE. Bill Belechik (sp?) is a badass coach. I think there are more former Giants coaches and assistants out there than from any other team. It’d be nice if we could keep one or two for ourseves though.
now this is a football game.
yup
With no preference for a winner it’s cool just to see some all out competition.
Hurrah for the Bears!
So there.
I’m not here. looking for trouble. I’m just here to do the Sperbowl Shuffle. Bear down Chicago Bears. Yahoody hoot!
Not looking for trouble huh? Yahoody Hoot? Them’s fightin words LOL!
I remember in 2002 people were saying something similar, except reversing the conferences. And we all know how the Rams did against the Pats. 🙂
Keep watchin’, then!
That new coach has a magic ingredient – love.
He lives his name, you see.
Love? In football? :o) That’s almost sacreligious! LOL
The safety that changed the Saints-Bears score from 16-14 to 18-14 seemed to have taken the air out of the Saints’ baloon. They weren’t again the same team that had just scored 14 unanswered points. And indoor teams are now 0-10 in outdoor conference championship games. As to the Colts, Payton finally won a big one. The Colts’ second half was awesome.
They have 36 jurors selected for Scooter Libby. Now they will cull the herd.
