In honor of the up-coming Bunny Day, Albert will be appearing as his alter ego:
Agent Double-oh-Carrot makes the world a safer place for bunnies and puppies by clandestinely sneaking information into hostile territories in micro chip embedded eggs disguised as presents for good little girls and boys.
For those of you wanting to learn the real reason that rabbits are associated with Easter, click here.
I’m the proud new mother of two adorable kittens. Oh happy day! I’d post a picture, but I am technically incompetent. I’ll have to try and rectify that. But, they are your basic shelter mutts.
They are a brother and sister and only 8 or 9 weeks old. They are adjusting to their new home really well.
They are also complete monsters! ;>)
My daughter named them Karma (f) and Loki (m)…I think they should be named Satan and Lucifer! :>) I’m just kidding, they are as cute as cute can be (which goes a long way for the mischief they get into).
Congratulations. Have a virtual bubble gum cigar on me.
We’re thinking, if in the future we get another pair of rabbits, their names will either be Chaos and Entropy, or Shrek and Donkey.
LOL! I love chaos and entropy! It’s funny, we’ve been waiting for months to get kittens and I kept saying, I want a black male and I want to name him chaos. My daughter vetoed the idea and neither of our kitties are pure black. In fact they are mostly white, with colored backs (Karma being calico and Loki being black and grey). Given how mischievous they are, though, Loki is a great name and I kind of wish we named the girl Kali. :>) But it is great fun saying “good Karma…bad Karma”!
I’m thinking of getting a few more chickens. I saw these recently and was intrigued.
They’re called Frizzles, which is actually a feather type and not a breed. It’s like angora (long hair) in rabbits, in that it can exist in any breed but that some animals are actually bred for it.
I’m not sure if feather like this cause problems for the birds, but it might. I’ll have to do a bit of research. At least I know where I can get some, unlike the laced Wyandottes that I’ve been looking for.
I’ve just found out that the Frizzles have been vetoed. I guess I’ll go back to looking for Wyandottes.
for the Easter Bunny (or perhaps for everything to just Passover them).
“Badum-bum-CHING” or whatever the online version of a sting is. ‘Cuz that deserves one.
What can I say — Passover is the Holiday of Bad Puns.
I know I’d lose a pun dual, but I couldn’t help myself with this one.
If a doctor carries a black bag and a plumber carries a tool box, what does a mohel carry? A bris kit!
is currently trying to suck all of the heat out of the wood stove and into his body.
Clearly he is preparing for a mission into Siberia, or somewhere equally cold.
I screwed up the HTML on that link.
I wish I had a picture of a Bilby, but I’ve never even seen one in a zoo.
Because of their large ears, they have become popular in Australia as a native version of the Easter Bunny. I’ve eaten a few chocolate Easter Bilbies since getting here almost four and a half years ago.
It’s a little after 9am, and Luna is taking a nap on the couch after an exhausting night of sleep.
😉
Yes, I thought of FM as well.
