What a great image; I really like the effect of the sharp contrast of the trees and branches over the diffuse colors of the clouds and sky.
Thanks for the compliments. It’s favorite dawn picture I’ve taken this year even though it isn’t very splashy.
I thought it was dawn, but mainly owing to knowledge of your walking habits.
The snow forecast for yesterday and today has not showed up (yet?). Bright and cold morning here.
Hope you don’t get any accumulation; we’re only getting flurries and it’s been above freezing during the day so nothing sticks.
My family in Cleveland keeps getting snowed on every day – just an inch or so but it adds up to about 6 inches on the ground right now and cold and blustery. Photos of opening day at Jacobs Field were surreal, with the grounds crew going out between innings and blowing snow off the field with leaf blowers – people wrapped in blankets in the stands and snow squalls moving in constantly from over the lake. Ah, spring in Cleveland. I miss it so. 🙂
Latest snow I can remember was April 16. I hate April snow and cold weather. April is supposed to be my second favorite month (October being the favorite).
I knew we were separated at birth. My favorite months in Cleveland were always May and October, but May in Cle is like April where you are. Now down here my favorite months are Oct, Nov, March, and April. I have a very narrow interpretation of comfortable weather…the temps have to be between 55 and 75. Anything more drastic puts me in a bad mood.
I like four seasons. My perfect place to live would never get colder than 20 or hotter than 80.

Hi ask. Everything is fine here. My brother goes back to the doctor on Wednesday and then says he wants to come here. It’s a pretty far trip by car, but he’ll probably do it.
