Good morning Andi and CabinGirl. Our wild trillium is in bloom and the white variety is poking up through the leaves. There’s another photo I need to take one of these days.
So, what are you doing with all your free time today? I’m finishing up a paper and supposed to go to a lunchtime meeting about Dining Out for Life (the HIV/AIDS benefit next Thursday).
Got my coffee and the boy just left meaning I’m alone until almost 10 pm again…been this way all week as opening night is tomorrow and he’s been working like a crazy man rehearsing.
I’m jealous of your green. Having things start greening up so early and then having all those freezing nights bring everything to a halt has made me very mopey.
Good old solitude. I could do with some of that. FMom has been going crazy with me getting things straighten up because family will be here this weekend for my great aunt’s 100th B’day.
Good morning!
I do believe the sun is going to mak an appearance at Chez Cabin today…Woo-hoo!
How are things in the woods?
Let’s hear for the sun.
Everything is okay here, though I’m getting very impatient for it get green.

Good Morning Indianadem, Andi and CG.
See what I’ve done for ya’ll. I’ve given up one of our nice days and taken rain, so ya’ll could have some good weather.
How’s is everyone this morning.
Thanks FM! Looks like mid sixties today here with the possibility of a t-storm. I’m off to work – have a great day everyone!
That’s what I like to see — my elected officials heading out to work bright and early. 🙂
Have a good day at work and you’re welcome.
Thank you! There are actually shadows from the trees and blue skies and some weird glowing ball here in the sky already.
A weird glowing ball? Run…!
That was my first instinct too. 🙂

Sounds pretty. I’m ready for things to turn green…hopefully later this week it will warm up enough for that to happen.
Good morning to the regulars.
Good morning SN.
How’re you doing this am. Got your coffee yet?
Got my coffee and the boy just left meaning I’m alone until almost 10 pm again…been this way all week as opening night is tomorrow and he’s been working like a crazy man rehearsing.
You can use some of that free time to go over to FM’s blog and see the wonderful pond pictures.
I will definitely do that. Morning, Andi.
I’m jealous of your green. Having things start greening up so early and then having all those freezing nights bring everything to a halt has made me very mopey.
How does one tell if you’re mopey? 🙂
Is that like wilted?
I don’t think Andi will ever wilt.
I’m wondering which is better. To wilt or mope. 🙂
You haven’t seen me when it’s really hot. I hate, hate, hate hot weather.
I’m the same way and I live down here. Jul and Aug won’t be fun.
It’s bad enough here. No way I could deal with your weather (just a day or two is almost more than I can stand).
You can’t tell the difference between my facial expressions and Hopeful’s.
Gravity has caused me to have that expression all the time….
Funny, that’s not what gravity did to me.
That’s because you don’t have a big ole moon face that gravity likes to pull down towards the floor.
What did gravity do to you?
Just what you’d expect, even though it didn’t have that much to work with.
Good old solitude. I could do with some of that. FMom has been going crazy with me getting things straighten up because family will be here this weekend for my great aunt’s 100th B’day.
That’s really cool. What’s the secret to her longevity? Please dont’ tell me she eats fatback everyday and smokes like a chimney.
Heck if I know. Up until last year her 96 year old sister used to drive 40 miles every weekend to see her.
Yikes. Did the highway patrol issue a ‘stay off the road – Mable is driving again’ warning?
Nah down here we’re so far out into the country you never see any other cars.
Hi SN, hope the sogginess has left your area by now.
Yep, it’s green and lush now and the crabgrass is magnificent in my yard.
I’ve got to run. FMom is awake and George is whinning to go out.
Have a good day in the pond.
