hi Andi! I was going through my emails and realized I never responded to yours with the pic attached – so sorry! Just wanted to drop a note to say thanks for sharing it and loved the frogs too 🙂
It’s raining here tonight intermittently. While we don’t have the creosote bushes to scent the air, the rain clears out the dust and the smell of the air is wonderful.
Just got in from dinner/light grocery shopping…meaning we just did Trader Joe’s for the shopping. They’ve got a new cool program going — if you bring your own grocery bag, they’ll give you a ticket (one per bag used) to enter a weekly drawing for $25 worth of groceries. Been wanting to get the reusable bags anyway so I bought a couple, and they gave them to me for a buck off each. They’re actually pretty good quality, and the same size as the regular bags. (I’ll probably still get the regular paper bags occasionally, since the food closet occasionally puts out a call for those and the plastic bags for their stuff.)
Hoping to make it to Whole Foods later in the week to do the rest — I’m trying to cook healthier to get some more of this excess weight off, plus shopping by bus means a lot more walking. 🙂
and shoot bulls. Or something like that.
What’s up?
but some leaves are. It’s finally re-starting to get green.

(hi SN!)
I know that you’ve a busy life so it didn’t worry me but I’m glad to know you got the pic.
Speaking of pix, love the beach shot from earlier. Also, the sunrise you took here is my destop at work – quite a hit with the coworkers.
Can you tell I’ve met my quota of concentration for the day? I’m so ready to slack now.
I think you are Family Man’s long lost son. Are you about 7 feet tall?
Only when I’m wearing my 11 inch platform shoes. 🙂
Ooh, Huggy Bear!
I thought we were opposed to outing in the blogosphere? hehe
You must make quite impression at work in that hat.
Perhaps if I was let out of my cage more often. I’ve hardly had a chance to interact with other humans in the building lately.
Well, it’s a good sign that you consider the other beings in the building humans; I’ve worked a lot of places where that was in doubt.
Now yer tawkin! And the silicone ass is a good touch under the velvet pants.

hola Jim! I love forest rain, especially when the wind blows through the trees – it’s just not the same when a saguaro tries to sing 🙂
yay for green! Why are you not up?
Nothing in particular — just general purpose grumpiness.
I order that in large bulk quantities. 😉
I don’t order it but it shows up at my doorstep, wrapped up with a big bow.
re: the no country music please plea
What if it’s the Dixie Chicks telling W to STFU?
Ok, but only the Chicks. They’ve been disowned by country music anyway.
