Morgan Stanley settles race suit for $16M
Morgan Stanley has agreed to pay $16 million to settle a discrimination lawsuit brought on by black and Latino financial advisers who said that they were denied business opportunities.
Second, this is the direct result of the conservative movement’s efforts to change the discussion on race in our country. Their attacks on affirmative action and claims of reverse racism were just the opening salvo in a long campaign to make it acceptable to hold and express racist attitudes.
