The settings are made so that it will be more for fun (even the non-hockey nut can get lucky here) and I have it set for only 8 teams and shortened the bench by a bit to keep lots of Free Agents available over the course of the season.
As soon as we have the number of teams needed we can start the draft (autodraft for ease of selection).
