Poor Rudy. His best buddy police chief is about to be indicted for tax evasion and bribery. I have a different concern though. I remember 9/11. I remember Jerry Falwell saying we all deserved it up in New York/New Jersey/Connecticut because we have a lot of faggots and lesbians and feminists. And I remember that Pat Robertson said, “Well, I totally concur“. I think the feeling up in the New York metro area was pretty universal that Falwell and Robertson should be dragged behind a pick-up truck for making those comments. That is, ya know, until we calmed down a little. I also remember Guiliani in the weeks after 9/11…attending one cop or fireman’s funeral after another…attending Yankee playoff games…trying to weather through his own grief and buck everyone up at the same time. At first, he struck the right balance. But it didn’t take long for Rudy to lose his judgment…and he started to grotesquely exploit the tragedy. But even with Guiliani’s blind ambition I’d still expect him to be more inclined to stick his fist down Pat Robertson’s crazy neck than accept his endorsement.

Was going to write something about damn fleas leaping off dogs he’s been sleeping with and moving in on Rudy to take a good bite off his ass then I had this vision of the hounds from Hell racing down the streets of Manhattan after Rudy’s limo. Been a strange day.
Well I’m thinking Guiliani is just recognizing another fellow crook. Robertson is like the religious mafia, he’s been into so many crooked schemes and been investigated quite a few times so it’s just like to like I’d say.
I think you nailed it.
The closer you get to NYC, the greater the dislike for Rudy. We know him too well.
