The real questions is how small are Adam’s Philadelphia Peas. You planning to blog about your conversations last night?

Got a D’artagnan Organic 21 pounder for free from Shopright – it’s a new era!
I bought my first organic, free range turkey. Whoda thunk that organic food people were such early risers- I had to stand in line for an hour to pick it up! I’m used to having stores to myself when they open.
Oh, 13 pounds.
We had a 16 pound turkey last Sunday. I think we have a 15 pounder for tomorrow. We had a turkey already in the freezer, but my son won one last week in the Boy Scouts raffle. With no room to ‘fridgerate or freeze it… We ate the sucker as soon as it thawed!
Gobble, gobble…
Going to a Chinese buffet where they will also have turkey and the more traditional ‘merican Thanksgiving fare. My brother is driving in from Chicago on Thanksgiving, so we hope the traffic will be good to him.
This is our first Thanksgiving with a vegetarian in the family–our 12 year old daughter is determined to stick with this thing. In spite of the fact that she spontaneously says “Mmmmm–bacon!” when she gets a whiff of said crispy pig meat.
Anyway, we are still getting used to accomodating her new eating habits, making sure she gets all the nutrients she needs, etc. That’s enough work any other day of the year–we certainly don’t need the extra prep to deal with on Thanksgiving. And going out to eat frees us up to actually visit on one of those rare opportunities the kids get to see their uncle.
uhhh, let’s see, it’s about the size of a 12pack ; )
gone fish’n…..
It’s big, I forget how much. Gobble gobble.
A lady never tells…
260 pounds.
Family, a chance to play with my one year old grandson, a fine dinner and then tacking up the horses. An after dinner ride on a sixty degree day in New England, what could be better.
