The ones I’m looking forward to are the ads going after Barrow, which are currently under wraps so he isn’t able to come up with a pertinent response.
The best part is that the ads aren’t JUST about immunity and FISA. Sure, the Hoyer ad is, but a lot of the blue dogs have multiple vulnerabilities. here’s daily kos:
Lots of fodder there, and Barrow has no idea which of these issues (or maybe something else entirely) are coming back to haunt him.
Barrow’s problem is also demographic. I forget the exact number, but over sixty-five percent of the Democrats in his district are black and they’re already up-registered from the primary. Barrow needs to do really well with the black vote to survive. And it’s not at all impossible that he will do so. But this thing could be an upset even with a huge money disparity.
i guess the Republican’s version of being independent is only voting for W’s agenda 86% percent of the time.

they should all strive to be like j-mack…now there’s a real maverick…just skip 61.4% of the votes, we’d all be better off.
dollars to donuts he shows up for fisa.
