   I’m from Michigan but have been following that race.  I sure hope Al pulls it off. Last I heard he had a slight lead.

   Absolutely.  I moved to Minnesota to vote for Al.  

   I’ve had a lifetime of taxation without representation.

   Of note–Iowa’s congressional delegation is presently 3-2 democratic.  While western Iowa is wingnut territory and represented by confirmed psycho, Steve King (R-IA 5), it looks entirely possible that Tom Latham (R-IA 4)–only three-quarters psycho and from a marginally democratic district–might well be replaced by democrat Becky Greenwald.

   Looks like we won’t know who won the Coleman-Franken race for 34 days.  And then there will be a recount.

    Michigan unemployment hit 9.6% today.More to come with the auto companies idle. what the hell more do they want out of us? The bastards!!!  I can’t believe this is my country!

      They want to crush the UAW.  I said the same thing about NCLB and the AFT and the NEA.

        my sister is a secretary at an elementary school.  She says the same thing.
