very interesting. think they understated Katrina, however. Can´t assign a ¨worst¨to any of the failures, but the heartbreaking stories and seeing people suffer and die before our eyes because of a perverse synergy of greed, ideology and neglect encapsulated the debacle of the Bush2 admin
