my anger meter broke awhile ago…i usually react with snarky cyncism and move on to whatever appropriate action item nowadays. it’s helped my blood pressure
why sad?
Sad in the sense that this whole thing wasn’t just a horrible nightmare caused by eating a big meal before going to bed. Bush’s actions and political bullying have been been utterly destructive to so many people, and I got that sense from the writer when he was talking about his reaction to the press conference about the federal marriage amendment….causing me to think of all the times that I have been nearly despondent after watch the PTB act in ways that are anathema to my belief system.
