I know, I know, the economy is in shambles, US health care is a dismal disgrace, and more American troops are being deployed to another failed meat grinder. And I also know that today’s pain often numbs yesterday’s malignancy. And that’s exactly what is happening, and that’s terribly dangerous.
As a nation, we are sweeping the crimes of the Bush years under the proverbial rug because Sen Leahy is tossing us a few crumbs of comfort. Please, don’t be fooled. His ‘Truth Commission” is a whitewash, not an investigation. Please, please watch this video from http://TvNewsLIES.org:

This video is really worth viewing, especially in these troubled times, so well planned by the previous administration. We cannot be sidetracked by an effort to ‘learn a lesson’ for the future. We have to demand that the criminals in the Bush administration be brought to justice.
