Nice:
A Florida urologist is so upset with the new health care bill he posted a sign at his practice warning President Barack Obama’s supporters to find another doctor.
The notice on Dr. Jack Cassell’s Mount Dora office says: “If you voted for Obama, seek urologic care elsewhere.”
Cassell says he’s not turning away patients, because that would be unethical. But the 56-year-old says it’s OK with him if any Obama supporters chose not to see him after reading the sign.
I guess I’ll be taking my peenie elsewhere.
Does his sign mean niggers and nigger lovers can piss off? (Please delete this if it violates site terms of use)
Well, it doesn’t say that because it doesn’t let any Obama voter off the hook. Seems to me that he’s probably pissed off that he’ll have more Medicaid patients though, so who knows how he feels about that from a racial point of view. It’s probably the economic part of it that he doesn’t like. But he’s a wingnut who litters his waiting room with GOP literature.
Me…I’d show up in an Obama shirt, maybe the “BFD” shirt being sold by the DNC, and I’d sit in the waiting room reading one of Obama’s books, or a magazine where he’s on the cover. Hell, maybe I’d even put a fake tattoo of the Obama logo on my arm.
Fuck that guy…make his ignorant ass as uncomfortable as humanly possible.
I presume this doctor would also be fine with the local hospitals denying him admitting privileges based on his politics….
Yeah, right.
Cry me a yellow river, Dr. Cassell.
Seems this guy has been looking at shriveled up old dicks for so long he’s turned into one.
Indeed.
Polarized does not begin to describe conditions in this country. Asshole. Oh wait, that would be the domain of a proctologist.
I don’t get it. How is ‘seek urologic care elsewhere’ not turning away patients?
The guy doesn’t even realize that he’s violating his own ethical standards — unless he doesn’t actually have any.
but, but… isn’t IOIYAR?
I would be grateful to have seen a sign proclaiming “this doctor is a jerk!” before entering the offices of several of them that I have paid money to visit.
He was doing everyone a favor.
Or how about “this is one piss-poor doctor”?
He’s making medical history by being a dick and an asshole at the same time.
I hope he can afford to offend half his potential customer base. And I hope those who protest his policy will have the guts to walk away from his practice and go elsewhere.
Here is a comic rebuttal a friend wrote. LOL
Proctologist refuses to treat Republican voters
That proctologist story is pretty funny.
A urologist also spends a fair amount of time with his fingers up his patients’ asses as well, examining the prostate.
I guess this urologist likes ’em tight. and doesn’t mind dislodging all the broken sticks along the way.
Not a great loss to the community. Political Carnival pulled up his rating by patients and he got a 1.5 out of 5. An innovative ploy on his part to get folks to brashly partake of his poor service?
His rating page was a little too easy to game. Or so I’ve heard…
At times such as these, the South Park Chinpokomon episode comes to mind.
Maybe the ploy works on this guy’s wing-nut patients as well.
meh…so much for the
hippocratichypocritic oath.what’s the old adage…“Better to remain silent and be thought a
fooldick than to speak out and remove all doubt.”…at least he chose the right speciality.I love the argument that you can’t compare federal mandates for health insurance to state mandates for auto insurance — because there;s no law that says you have to have a car. And as we all know, there’s no law that says you have to have a body either. Oh, wait a minute …
