So, in a true shocker, the Republicans have come out against financial reforms and are using pure Frank Luntz-developed language to make their arguments. Even as they sound populist and anti-banker, they’re really just trying to get political contributions from those same banks. As P.T. Barnum noted, “There’s a sucker born every minute.”
