   SIOA is an Anti-Muslim Hate Group

   Stop the Islamization of America (SIOA), was created by anti-Muslim bloggers and activists Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer. It was born out of its parent organization Stop the Islamization of Europe (SIOE), an organization led by Anders Gravers (also a leader in SIOA), of whom Media Matters wrote.

   SIOA’s declared mission is to educate Americans ..

   “about the threat that Islamic doctrine and those who support it present to our freedoms, and the future of our democracy and country.” The organizers call themselves “scholar warriors/ideological warriors in the cause of American freedom and Constitutional government,” as well as in “the defense of… our society of liberty, knowledge, and human decency.”

   The declared mission gives us a scent of the absurdity that is SIOA, what else can “the threat of Islamic doctrine and those who support it” mean except “Muslims.” In other words the groups mission is to educate Americans about the “threat that Muslims present to freedom.”

   Geller is so totally full of bullshit, it’s a wonder she can even breath.  In fact she’s a racist provacatuer. This is a cut and paste of her blog on the birther crap she expounds:

   “Ann Dunham’s mortified family was determined to give their wayward daughter a second chance to find a normal life by raising Barack Hussein Obama Jr. for her, and allowing her to return to her collegiate life.  Immediately upon her child’s birth supposedly in August of 1961, Ann left her supposed new husband and only days old Barack Hussein Obama Jr. behind in Hawaii to be raised by his grandmother. Ann flew back to Washington State to help stir the anti-establishment cauldron of socialists, communists, civil rights and self defense organizations including the Nation of Islam, and the Black Panther Party, which were boiling over in Seattle…and possibly visit the baby’s real father.  She started classes at the U of Washington in Aug 1961, the same month she supposedly had Barack Hussein Obama Jr. in Honolulu.”

   There was NO Black Panther Party in Seattle in 1961.  It didn’t exist until after Bobby Hutton’s Oakland, CA memorial in 1968. The Black Panthers didn’t even exist until 1966!) There was no organized Nation of Islam in Seattle until about 1967, some two years after the death of Malcolm X. Ann Dunham couldn’t have begun attending the UW in August 1961.  All four year universities in WA State are on the quarter system and fall quarter starts the last week of September.  I know what I say about Seattle is true because I grew up on the western edge of Seattle’s Central District (Madrona) from 1955 till 1968 when it was primarily a segregated black community and I attended the UW.

   She’s a goddamn liar.  (But you already knew that!)
