Let me see if I have this straight:
- Running for president has been Mitt Romney’s full-time job for 7 1/2 years (even Republicans in Massachusetts will tell you he was a part-time governor for the second half of his term), and he still makes a rookie mistake like predicting victory in Alabama.
- Newt Gingrich sees a path to the nomination when he’s lost 3 of the 4 primaries in states that border his home state of Georgia.
- Rick Santorum officially formed his exploratory almost a year ago (April 13, 2011) and does not have a full slate of delegates in Illinois, his next “must win” state.
- Ron Paul has a “delegate maximization strategy” but is the only remaining candidate who routinely does not win delegates in entire states.
Can’t anybody here play this game?
