Now I know what I am doing wrong:
Unlike some of his colleagues in the conservative press, [Tucker] Carlson showed no hint of regret at his site’s performance, citing record traffic, and crediting Obama’s first term with making the company profitable. In fact, he said he founded The Daily Caller out of frustration with the unsatisfactory vetting Obama received in 2008.
I am going to do more stories about how all of Sarah Palin’s kids are really Bristol Palin’s kids, including Bristol Palin, who gave birth to herself.
Or this.
“We warned against supporting Sharon Angle because of her eradicate campaign style, but preferred her over that other lady.” – Erick Erickson.
Hmmm……..Guess you already blew through all that Soros money, huh?
Soros indirectly paid me a pittance while I was at ACORN eight years ago through his contribution to Project Vote. So, yes, I blew through that.
Not quite the 3 million that ol’ Tucker enjoyed, eh?
I’d take all “conservative” claims of “profit” for their braindead info-tainment shows with a ton of salt. If we know one thing, we know all “conservatives” lie–about everything, top to bottom.
If this nebbish Tucker’s worthless website ever showed any annual “profit”, it’s more likely via subsidized wingnut welfare than operation of the Holy Free Market. But it keeps gas in the turd’s car, of course.
Second link.
Given Friese’s penchant for believing shit that the Tuckers of this world make money off of I’m baffled why it is that he doesn’t have a whole portfolio of swamps.
Unfortunately for you BooMan, there’s not a wingnut welfare for left-wing blogs. But you seem pretty good at sponging off right-wing ad budgets just by mentioning their heroes a lot (if in a critical light). How are those Rmoney dollars holding up? Oh, the ad budget was shut down when they pulled the credit cards. Bummer.
Money is what you need when the truth is not on your side. When SCOTUS ruled that money and free speech are more or less the same thing, what it meant was that lies need money to achieve parity with the truth.
crediting Obama’s first term with making the company profitable
I think this is a serious problem for the Righties – their screaming heads seem to make moar money when their politicians are out of power, so there’s a conflict. I hope this makes it a lot harder to get their people elected.
