This is pretty stupid. You have to set the bar pretty low to consider it a victory that the House of Representatives passed a Farm Bill full of agricultural subsidies and no nutrition assistance for hungry kids. I guess the idea is that the rank-and-file Republicans finally obeyed their leadership and did what they were asked to do. The problem is, what they were asked to do was immoral and stupid.
