After the events of the last few weeks, I’m not convinced that ANY of the crayons in New Jersey even have a color; bright, or otherwise. They all simply seem to possess the same weird opaque quality.
He may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but he does seem sincere. Not a typical politician, which is what people seem to want. In New Jersey, one would think people might particularly want that.
Give me an honest not-so-bright politician over a smart, mendacious one every time.
Depends on what you want him to do. I can remember fervently asking “Where’s Nixon when you need him?” during the Reagan years.
The mayor seems to be a really smart guy. He managed to get land in his city developed without Christie, his administration, or some Christie construction co. involvemant. He pissed off Christie so much, Christie appears to have shut down the GWB to exact revenge.
I know it means “George Washington Bridge”, but the first time I read it I thought “George W Bush”.
He doesn’t/didn’t seem to understand when his ass is being kissed. Hard to believe but it seems to be true.
