So she’s allegedly diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed bed rest, she goes to this event anyway where she becomes completely unconscious, and they still don’t take her to a hospital?

I don’t think she was unconscious, I think she was unable to initiate motion, a Parkinson’s syndrome – but not Parkinsons I’d say, for other reasons. also fits with the coughing and pneumonia. and scary, and awful for her and for us
If it really is pneumonia, I’ll thank her not to stage any photo ops with my kid.
Pneumonia itself is not contagious. I’ve had it before. I asked my doc that very question and was told not to worry about it. Now mine was actually precipitated by seasonal allergies (I am guessing the year I had it was an especially bad ragweed season where I resided at the time). I don’t think anyone would have caught allergies from me, although maybe Dr. Oz will tell us differently. Mine was “walking pneumonia” – so no hospital stay was required, although had the antibiotics not worked it might have been a different story. I went back to a normal schedule in a couple weeks. It was not easy but it was doable.
The infectious microbes causing the pneumonia may be contagious.
Haven’t found the medical recommendation to get an antibiotic prescription (standard until the diagnostic test for bacterial pneumonia is returned) and then carry on with your normal life, but does seem to be evident among those defending HRC’s behavior in threads here as they play their version of MD.
Typically doctors would recommend rest at minimum. That is what happened in my case. I had a lot of things going on that tempted me to try to carry on like normal and I did not listen to the doc’s advice, beyond taking the antibiotic. Bad idea. At least I did not collapse in public somewhere. I just did so behind closed doors after hours. When I got worse and had to have that second round of antibiotics, that was when I took the doc seriously. I tread carefully with web-related info. What I do recall was that I was told not to really worry about spreading pneumonia, but that I was clearly not doing myself any favors going out and about. Just my two cents from the patient side of the equation. I am not a doctor and I have never played on TV.
After further consideration, I want to point out something because I like you and it seems to me that something important can be learned from taking more care in presenting a diary. I recognize that I don’t have great visual acuity and am also mindful that still pictures and videos can be misleading. It’s why I try to be careful when posting either to avoid misleading myself and others.
I am much better at pattern recognition and synthesis. Thus, I accepted the claim from the photo that the woman in the black dress was administering a field neuro-exam of HRC. That was an error on my part. Yet, I immediately recognized that the photo didn’t fit within the narrative and other photos and videos. Which was that HRC didn’t feel well at the 9/11 ceremony, walked with minimal assistance to the street for her van to pick her up, and then had the medical event. It didn’t compute that Schumer and others would be with her at the street level which called into question when in the sequence of the events that day the photo had been taken. It was “off” but I didn’t know why.
I only inadvertently stumbled on the source of the photo a couple of hours ago. While we still don’t know who this woman is and her relationship to HRC, we now know that there’s no documentation that she checked HRC’s cognitive reflexes during their time at the ceremony. That fits with this woman being unprepared for HRC’s sudden head jerk and inability to step towards the van when the door was opened for her. She didn’t have a firm grip on HRC and if the SS man wasn’t right there to grab HRC’s right arm, she couldn’t have prevented HRC from falling down. This woman may be a medical professional, but if so, not fully informed or experienced as to this patient. Or she could be an HRC staffer substituting for Abedin who is likely much more in tune with HRC’s physical/health issues.
Scrolling back through my memory bank, can’t recall any of these HRC odd moments when Abedin was right next to her. That could be no more than coincidental or it could mean that Abedin is an excellent lay nurse and shields HRC if HRC has an odd moment or perceives an odd moment precursor and quickly moves her out of the sight of others.
Any information on where this photo came from? It doesn’t conform to the photos of HRC at the 9/11 ceremony or the video of her collapse. Schumer was in the photos of the first but not the second. This could have been photoshopped.

HRC’s personal physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack made no mention in her press release of being at the 9/11 ceremony with HRC today. Only said that she had examined HRC after she returned to her home in Chappaqua. The photos of Dr. Bardack that are on-line look nothing like the woman that accompanied HRC today.
There are photos of HRC, the woman in the black dress and another woman that appears to be HRC’s photographer leaving the 9/11 ceremony and accompanied by Secret Service personnel. The same people, along with more SS, are seen in the video when she collapses. So, when did Schumer and the others that are clearly not SS show up? And why would they have left before HRC’s van arrived?
Or were there two medical events? With the check occurring after the first one and after the medical person cleared her, the others left, and additional SS took over as the van approached.
I would guess the photo with Schumer was earlier, before they arrived at the curb where they waited for the van.
But they’re already at street/curb level in the photo. Just curious to me.
Noticed this video in The Sun article uploaded by Martin Shkreli outside of Chelsey Clinton’s appartment. Shkreli has a severe personality disorder, high IQ and is prolific in scamming investors in start-ups of BioPharma product development.
This image was taken from the MSNBC video on the street of HRC’s arrival for the ceremony. While the still looks as it the women is giving HRC a neuro check, it’s clear from that video that’s incorrect. So, there’s no there there in this still shot.

At any rate, if you find “Take a 69 year old presidential candidate suffering from pneumonia who has collapsed from dehydration to the hospital” medically controversial advice, I don’t know what to tell you.

Next time I am seriously ill, I shall come to this blog first for diagnoses. Forget those silly general practitioners and specialists within a few minutes drive of me. I have all the MDs I need right here. How fortunate.
Preparing decades for the job of U.S. President, HRC knew what was expected of her. A full disclosure of medical history comes with the job interview. Why the secrecy supported by the Clintonites? As in real life, it will always backfire and leave the damage with the people, party and the nation. The DNC and especially DWS did the party a disservice with the fraud.
In December 2012, HRC’s medical condition is much more worrisome as it was also covered-up. Poor jusgement.
