Don’t blink, you’ll miss it. In a week or two he’ll be walking. In a month or two he’ll start school. In a year or two he’ll have his driver’s license and you won’t see much of him. Don’t blink. It goes so fast.
Navy Son drinking coffee with his Papa. Seems like just a couple of years ago. Last month we babysat his two cats while he spent a week in Japan with four of his high school buddies.
It really does go fast. My own “little boy” just turned 24, and it seems like yesterday… Here’s a youtube of Harry Belafonte singing Turn Around about this very subject. I remember this song from my own growing up days.

Great picture. And it does go way too fast…my oldest turned 18 in August, and it feels like the last few years just flew by, so I’m trying to soak as much of this up as I can because it will fly by too.
