HILLARY CLINTON: When people make these kinds of claims, which now I think have been debunked –Actually the Washington Post said “Three Pinocchios”– and the New York Times analyzed it. Independent analysts have said that they are misrepresenting my record.
I’m just not going to —
I feel sorry sometimes for the young people who believe this, they don’t do their own research. I’m glad we can now point to reliable, independent analysis to say: No. It is just not true.
So, sayeth the woman that was duped by GWB. Who didn’t even bother to read the NIE that was available to her, much less do any research on her own. And what were the Washington Post and New York Times saying about WMD in Iraq? Sheesh even dead-eyed Dick was citing the NYT as evidence that Saddam had super scary WMD.
All lies as anyone that “did their own research” knew. Pity all those people had to die, suffer horrendous injuries, and experience their country being destroy by those like Ms. Clinton that couldn’t be bothered to “do her own research.”
DFHs know all about such “pity.” We heard all about how ignorant and stupid we were as LBJ and Nixon engaged in destroying the lives and well-being of people in SE Asia, along with 50,000+ dead Americans. They were lying and we were informed.
Let’s see. We’ve gone from “BernieBros” being scum, to hormonal young women that just want to get laid by BernieBros for which there is a special place in hell, to all the “young people” being pitiful. What a wanker!

Thanks — didn’t bother to provide the links in this diary because it was merely a rant and didn’t expect that it would be read.
Every time that woman opens her slimy mouth I get more determined to stop her. Cruz is tough to vote for, harder than Trump because of his Christian Jihadism, but I’m screwing up my guts for it.
No. Just no. Given a choice between Mubarek and Osama bin Laden, have to go with Mubarek.
There’s something about being condescending toward the very constituency one needs come November (I’m still betting HRC is going to end up with the Democratic nomination once all is said and done) that does not sit well with me. It may be a few decades in the past at this point, but I remember really resenting those who insisted on characterizing those of us Gen-X-ers who were involved in various activist projects like the Anti-Apartheid organizations’ various actions or the anti-nuke protests as lazy, just wanting to get laid, or ill-informed and unwilling to accept logic. For all of HRC’s complaining about Sanders’ tone, she and her handlers might want to strongly consider dialing down her comments about young voters and activists. One would think the last thing she and her party need is a generation of adults who may for the most part despise the GOP but have a relationship with the Dems that can be characterized as at best “complicated.”
Good to see you back and weighing in.
HRC is just angry that a large demographic is less interested in her candidacy than they were in ’08. Like Bill and the other DLC type DEMs, she completely bought into the idea that liberals have no place else to go and at the end of the day will go with lesser evil. (Didn’t work well enough for Gore in ’00). She’s also angry because she expected to have the nomination wrapped up a month ago and could have had a nice rest instead of still having to campaign and raise primary funds.
I’ll make my call on the nomination when my head and gut are in agreement. Not there yet.
imo it’s more than that; she’s a back room deal kind of person, not a people person [has been my opinion since she worked on health care in Clinton1]; not good for a politician for elected office; she really is spontaneously unpleasant to voters she’s supposed to be convincing to vote for her.
Someone on one of the long threads [I thought it was Fladem maybe was Deathtongue] wrote a reference to the DWS-Albright-Steinem insults of a few weeks back to young women voters, something along the lines of “provided they don’t do it again, think they’ve learned their lesson” anyway, was going to link these clips but couldn’t find the comment, guess we didn’t have to wait long

Oops — that comment belongs below the link to Craig Murray’s piece. Sorry.

And they aren’t even trying to hide that. (As I read through the initial list of international scum yesterday, my first response was “where’s the beef?” Okay, the Russian cellist is a new name, but the others haven’t exactly been in hiding.)

This is amusingly well said
Greywolfe359 Hillary on Bernie Voters: “It’s Exciting to Be, In Effect, Protesting”
That might explain why no vestige of the late ’60s and early ’70s when HRC claims to have protested against something has stuck to her being. It was merely an exciting and youthful folly for her.
There may be exciting moments when protesting, but those that engage in protests to change the unacceptable and/or intolerable aren’t out there because it’s exciting. (There’s always a few “excitement” junkies involved but they tend to be unhinged.) They’re out there because people with power, like HRC, foist dreadful stuff on the country and the world and it’s the only freaking way they can get their voices heard at all.
