   I stumbled across a wonderful Internet Book called, The Hacker’s Diet, How to lose weight and hair
   
   through stress and poor nutrition by John Walker (creator of Autodesk) and I wrote about it this morning at Eat4Today.com, Perfect Weight Forever, The Commitment explained by a stranger.  

   It sounds like a joke, but reads like the real thing.  I’m going to do a series of articles about it each morning as I work through the whole thing.

   His idea is that as a computer engineer, he’s been a problem solver his whole life. Yet he never took the time to solve his weight problem.  He’d lose weight and gain it back withing months.

   With The Hacker’s Diet, John Walker’s sharing (for free) the solution he developed.  I think he’s kept the weight off for 15 years now and I can’t wait to read the details.

   and what does it lead to? the random, incomprehensivle murders of innocent people.

   Be wary of those who preach hatred.
