Why is it only “our side” that seems to receive such vitriol, and violence. Now mind you, I don’t mean for us to do the same, or that we are free from blame. It is more a reflection of “them”, their propensity to reduce every disagreement to a call for murder, an accusation of treason, a gutteral reliance on the reptillian brain.

The FBI is investigating threats against Leonard Pitts Jr., a Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist for The Miami Herald, after a column he wrote about black-on-white crime triggered a furor on white supremacist websites.Days after The Miami Herald published Pitts’ column, Overthrow.com posted his address, his home phone number and his wife’s name. Several other white supremacist Internet sites followed suit, and one gave directions to his house along with a satellite image of the neighborhood. Link
When the numbers are rung up, these people are a small number indeed. Just look at the polls, and you will see that America is not the Country of this.
“Last night on CNN Headline News, host Glenn Beck and former GOP consultant and radio host Michael Graham discussed a new video of President Bill Clinton and Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) spoofing the final episode of the Sopranos.
During the conversation, Graham asked Beck if he wanted to see the Clintons murdered in the video. “[S]eriously, Glenn, didn’t you at one point want to see, like, Paulie Walnuts or someone come in and just whack them both right there. Wouldn’t that have been great?” Beck responded with a smile, “No, I did not want to see that.” Graham said, “C’mon. … I wanted that.” Link
But the current administration, the mainstream media, and the republican party are more concerned with funding these terrorists, than they are dissuading them. They supply monies to religious fanatics, right wing think tanks, and murky underpinnings, then merely cry “Oh, that’s not right”, when they are discovered.
