Martin (a/k/a Booman) and I don’t always agree on every issue but I know of no writer on the internet whose opinion on politics I value more.
I’ve posted here longer than I thought I would back when I started, and it has been a pleasure. Martin doesn’t censor what I write and even when he received pressure from certain other bloggers (no I won’t name them) to shut me up, he never said, “Hey this is my blog – take a hike because I need the good will of the big boys.” Quite the contrary. So, he’s a mensch and not just an important progressive voice on the “innertubes” with just another blog.
So, like –uh — dudes and dudettes, throw some green his way even if it’s only a buck or two. More if you can. The man needs your help (and no I’m not getting paid to say this, all my posts are pro bono – dig?)
