The pool is getting crowded with Republicans that have finally taken our word for it that the water is fine. It’s kind of an odd feeling to see these old enemies floating by, but I guess it counts for progress and I should resist the compulsion to say ‘I told you so’.
I still have a little message for these newcomers. Nothing is changing until the president gets tossed out of office. I know it’s scary in the deep end but, trust me, the water is fine there, too.
