According to folks who follow the Supreme Court far more closely and knowledgeably than I, it seems likely the Court will not strike down the Affordable Care Act (aka “Obamacare”) as unconstitutional.
However, since the Court starts hearing arguments on the case later today, and just on the off-chance that it does rule that way, here’s my nomination for how Democrats should respond:
Medicare For All
Simple, clear, one of the most popular government programs in existence…and it fits on a bumper sticker. What’s not to like?
