It passed 68-32, with all Democrats and Independents voting in favor, along with 14 Republicans. The fourteen Republicans were Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker of Tennessee, Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire, Jeff Chiesa of New Jersey, Susan Collins of Maine, Jeff Flake and John McCain of Arizona, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Orrin Hatch of Utah, Dean Heller of Nevada, John Hoeven of North Dakota, Mark Kirk of Illinois, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, and Marco Rubio of Florida.
