Judy Miller is all smiles. She doesn’t have to talk about her special relationaship with Ahmed Chalabi and the Office of Special Plans. She doesn’t have to mention that she is a quasi volunteer-secret agent- for Bush and Cheney OSP in the war on the American Public to convince them that WMD exist where there is none. No need to talk about Iraq, no need to talk about how she helped in outing Valerie Plame.
Patrick Fitzgerald, a Repubican in sheeps clothing nets nothing more than the obscure Lewis Libby a person most of America knows nothing about. Cheney will be isolated and protected.
Judy Miller’s makes a deal to testify only on the things SHE wants to talk about, her conversation with Libby. It isn’t Karl Rove it’s Libby. It isn’t Cheney It’s Libby, It isn’t Bush it’s Libby.
Libby claims he misspoke that’s why there are contradictions in his grand jury testimony. Anway he’s going to get a pardon in the end.
Interesting tha this occurs right after Tom Delay gets indicted, taking the heat off of him and putting it on the more obscure Libby.
I think this stinks. And it isn’t going anywhere. The Whitehouse and the VP’s office are really off the hook because no one is going to talk about Cheney and Bush or even Karl Rove.
If this is all they are going to get out of this 2 year investigation….that Libby maybe, kinda, sorta , outed Valerie Plame it’s nothing more than a sham.
It’s a fix. It’s a FIXGERALD
I suppose Fitzgerald wouldn’t even indict Libby if he didn’t have to.
