I get all kinds of weird email. But this one is weird and hilarious.
It came to me in a vision that in America, a political party similar to the Fascists could come into existence by utilizing the internet. I envisioned that the color that this movement would identify itself with is the color orange (I still find it strange that no one is alarmed over the fact that the Democrats have abandoned the color blue for the more violent and revolutionary orange)
When I went on to the Daily Kos I found just what I was expecting…
…Markos Moulitsas Zúniga and his gang either already are, or will become, the future Technofascist movement of America. This movement might also come to be called the “Orange Party.”
This stuff is priceless. He even links to Raybin’s timeless GBCW diary from Sept. 2005 to drive home his point:
Hey Daily Kos, You are the terrorists and zealots.
I know George W. Bush has a special relationship with Poland, but it’s a little much to accuse nice, progressive, liberals (orange, or otherwise) of being terrorists and fascists.
As for the Frog Pond, the name ‘Green Party’ is already taken, so I guess we are safe from developing technofascist tendencies.
