I gotta say that the deep-fried turkey is really the way to go. I had a very nice Thanksgiving with my family at my cousin’s house down near Atlantic City. It rained for most of it, although I did get to throw the football around with some of my nephews and one of my brothers. My mom is still the master of the pie crust and she is still keeping the recipe secret. I hope everyone had a good day. I’m glad to be home and safe from all the drunk drivers. I hate driving home on Thanksgiving night, and the rain didn’t make it any less stressful. Time to slap in a movie, have a nightcap, and go to bed.
