Interests in Thailand campaign now for Thailand to ratify the convention on the International Criminal Court, to open the way for Thaksin to be charged with war crimes for all the people he had murdered most brutally in Thailand.
Maybe Thaksin can hang on his own gallows. A fitting deal for such a murderous man. And in the process maybe it can be revealed how well the US supported the drug war with $10,000,000 in aid to Thailand in 2003 for the drug war efforts.
The US takes actions that allow for great evils to be committed against people, and then always has its willing scapegoat to blame, in this case their puppet Thaksin.
Hopefully silent bystanders like the US Consul Eric S. Rubin can answer for their silence during all the murders.
