Here’s a good story about a pregnant black woman who was tasered by police in the neck after they already had control of her, and a black male motorist tasered for not being fast enough to produce his driver’s license, combining “driving while black” with the latest law enforcement technology. Lot’s more stories there of torturing using this new technology effectively against African Americans potential criminals who deserved to be subjected to electric shocks where those came from.
