Hello again painting fans.


This week I will be continuing with the painting of the 1940 Plymouth.  I am using the photo seen directly below.  I’ll be using my usual acrylic paints on an 8×10 inch canvas.

When last seen, the painting appeared as it does in the photo seen directly below.

Since that time I have continued to work on the painting.

There are several changes on the Plymouth for this week’s cycle.  Out in front, I’ve painted the bumper in blue and white as seen in the photo.  I’ve made a similar change to the right side grille bars.  I’ve also completed the headlights.  To the side, I’ve done further work on the front tire and wheel.  Behind, the running board and rear wheel were painted as a shadowed unit.  I will likely change the front wheel a bit before this is all done.

The current state of the painting is seen in the photo directly below.
